ELDERLY FOOD GIVE-AWAY – $16/month provides food for an elderly person twice a month. Many elderly have no possibility for food, other than the kindness of family and others.
SCHOLARSHIPS sponsor a student at the Rob Marchand Education Center – $10/month or $120/year provides a child with a year of education, school supplies, and a school uniform. We have completed the second level of the school and offer grades 1-6.
HAITI CHILDREN CHRISTMAS – $5 provides a meal and small toy on Christmas Day!
In 2005 I went to. LaGonave as a VIM volunteer. It was wonderful!! I have such fond memories of the people and the food and the children!! We started rebuilding a church there and I hope that it did get finished. Trudy Johnson
